The following documentation must be provided in order to open any new business account:

  • Copy of the Passport and Identity Document, legible and current, of the shareholder(s), director(s), attorney(s) and signatory(s)
  • Current copy Tax Identification or Public Service Copy that indicates the address of the Company (minimum validity 3 months)
  • Copy of the Constitutive Document or Commercial Registry
  • Copy of Meeting Minutes and Shareholder Resolutions
  • Certificate of Shares or Shareholders (Outside of Venezuela)
  • Power of Attorney (if any)
  • Account statement for the last three (3) months with a wet seal
